Pasta Vongole (with Clams) <3
There’s nothing more simple and beautiful than this dish. You’re most lucky if you live near the sea and can get the freshest clams, talk to your local fishmonger they will give you the details. I go to http://hookedinc.ca/ in Toronto, there’s a location in Kensington.
For this recipe I added crushed tomatoes because it was summer and they are deliciously ripe and in season.
