so here’s another Steak & Herbs, this time I used a Flank Steak from Sanagan’s Meat Locker in Toronto and Grass Fed Butter by Rolling Meadow Dairy. Soooooooooo good.
Grass Fed Garlic-Herb Butter:
- a few tablespoons of grass fed butter by Rolling Meadow Dairy
- organic garlic clove, chopped/diced
- Fresh Rosemary, Tarragon & Basil chopped so theres 2 tablespoons combined
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Combine in a bowl at room temperature and top that on your steak!
