So when I visit my sister in Montreal, QC we always go to Olive et Gourmando which is an epic lunch spot. I alway order The Cajun Chicken: Roasted chicken with cajun spices, homemade guacamole, fresh tomatoes and, mangoes. THE BEST COCOA ZUCCHINI CAKE
Why would you put zucchini in a cake? Cause its the most moist & rich cake you could make and my nonna does it and you just don’t question her. haha… So this is my healthy version of it…less sugar.. whole wheat flour, and its more zucchini then any other ingredient.:)
